On the increase are promotions for lower insurance and credit card rates to everybody. That’s just not possible because these companies are in business to make money not give it away. The ones thinking up these crooked ideas are not dummies but actually intelligent. Those taking up their offers are the ones who are not using any common sense. Again anything that appears too good to be true is a rip off racket and must be ignored completely.
