The Trump administration's sweeping changes to em ployment - based visa programs, humanitarian protections, enforcement priorities and agency funding have created legal landmines across virtually every practice area — from corporate M&A to family law, labor and employment to criminal defense. This presentation gives non - immigration attorneys a practical overview of today's shifting immigra tion landscape from employment visa changes and workplace enforcement surges to asylum restrictions, birthright citizenship challenges, denaturalization efforts and the multibillion - dollar ICE expansion now funded through recent legislation. More importantly, it translates that knowledge into practical issue - spotting frameworks you can use imme diately. Whether your clients are Fortune 500 companies managing international workforces, small businesses in im migrant - heavy industries, individuals facing family separation or institutions navigating compliance obligations, this presentation will equip you to spot issues early, ask the right questions and know when to bring in specialized immi gration counsel.
