SOMTRANS LNG NEW DESIGN Somtrans LNG an inland waterway vessel with great capabilities, equipped with 14 cargo tanks with a total tank volume (100%) of 13,461 m 3 . The Somtrans LNG will be equipped with a Liquefied Natural Gas (LNG) tank for dual fuel propulsion. To increase efficiency the vessel is designed with the Flextunnel from Van Der Velden Marine systems. This innovative, retractable tunnel, developed specifically for inland vessels to lower the resistance. We are committed to developing vessel that really contribute to the overall reduction of emissions.
