God's Plan For Man html

dishonors his head. And every woman who prays or prophesies with her head uncovered dishonors her head—it is just as though her head was shaved. If a woman does not cover her head, she should have her hair cut off; and if it is a disgrace for a woman to have her hair cut or shaved off, she should cover her head. A man ought not to cover his head, since he is the image and glory of God; but the woman is the glory of man. For man did not come from woman, but woman from man; neither was man created for woman, but woman for man. For this reason, and because of the angels, the woman ought to have a sign of authority on her head.” “In the Lord, however, woman is not independent of man, nor is man independent of woman. For as woman came from man, so also man is born of woman. But everything comes from God. Judge for yourselves: Is it proper for a woman to pray to God with her head uncovered? Does not the very nature of things teach you that if a man has long hair, it is a disgrace to him, but that if a woman has long hair, it is her glory? For long hair is given to her as a covering. If anyone wants to be contentious about this, we have no other practice—nor do the churches of God. In the following directives I have no praise for you, for your meetings do more harm than good. In the first place, I hear that when you come together as a church, there are divisions among you, and to some extent I believe it. No doubt there have to be differences among you to show which of you have God’s approval” (1 Corinthians 11:3-11) Christ will judge as Jesus has anointed him to do so. Jesus clearly stated, neither the Father or the Son of God, i.e. Jesus will judge, for as John says; “ Moreover, the Fa t he r j udg e s no one , bu t has en t rus t ed a l l j udgmen t t o t he Son , t ha t a l l may hono r t he Son j us t as t he y hono r t he Fa t he r . He who does not honor the Son does not honor the Father, who sent him. I tell you the truth, whoever hears my word and believes him who sent me has eternal life and will not be condemned; he has crossed over from death to life.” (John 5: 22-24) “As for the person who hears my words but does not keep them, I do not judge him. For I d i d no t c ome t o j udg e t he wo r l d , bu t t o sav e i t . The r e i s a j udg e f o r t he one who r e j e c t s me and does not accept my words; t ha t v e r y wo rd , wh i ch I spoke wi l l c ondemn h im at the last day. For I did not speak of my own accord, but the Father who sent me commanded me what to say and how to say it. I know that his command leads to eternal life. So whatever I say is just what the Father has told me to say.” (John 12: 47-51) The son is graced to judge because he is imperfect. Jesus’ words certainly
