4. Raised-leg knee stretch
Starting position: Stand upright with weight balanced on the left leg Flex the right hip and place the right leg (with the knee straight) with the heel on a ground Bend at the waist, rest//support with your hands on the left leg Lower the trunk (flexing in the hip) toward the right leg, keeping the right knee and the back as straight as possible. Feel the stretch in the right leg, upper backside Keep this position for at least 10 seconds Repeat exercise on the other side
