8. Stairs stretches

Starting position: Stand upright, place one foot over the edge of a stair  Keep the one heel unsupported out past the edge

 Keep the knee of the supported leg straight  Hold on to a support with at least one hand  Lower the heel down as far as possible  Keep this position for at least 10 seconds
