8. Stairs stretches
Starting position: Stand upright, place one foot over the edge of a stair Keep the one heel unsupported out past the edge
Keep the knee of the supported leg straight Hold on to a support with at least one hand Lower the heel down as far as possible Keep this position for at least 10 seconds
