7. Reverse lunge

Starting position: Stand straight with feet pointed ahead and hands on the hips  Step slowly backward (for about 30 cm) while leaning your trunk forward  Keep the most of the weight on the front leg  Go down until until the back knee approaches the ground  Slowly rise back to the starting position
