3. Seated knee up

Starting position: While seated on the floor, lean back a little and place your hands on the floor  Keep the feet on the floor, chest up, and head and neck in neutral position  Keeping the knees bent, simultaneously move the legs upward  Hold for a few seconds  Lower the leg to starting position.
