4. Lying extension

Starting position: Lie supine with both knees band  Plant one foot on the ground and lift the other in the air  Keep the hip and knee flexed at 90 degrees  Lower the bent leg toward the ground  Straighten the knee as you continue lowering the leg toward the ground  Stopping before touching the ground  Keep your lumbar spine in neutral position  Reverse the movement and turn to the opposite side
