4. Lying extension
Starting position: Lie supine with both knees band Plant one foot on the ground and lift the other in the air Keep the hip and knee flexed at 90 degrees Lower the bent leg toward the ground Straighten the knee as you continue lowering the leg toward the ground Stopping before touching the ground Keep your lumbar spine in neutral position Reverse the movement and turn to the opposite side
