Harbor & Grounds

We have many good things going on this spring for all to enjoy. As you look around the club you will see a lot of new improvements (once completed) to the island such as new sea wall, walkways and the new garage / cooler. I would like to thank everyone in advance for their dedication and hard work for helping out with completing these projects, without that the club would not be what it is today. We have many projects as you can see to complete before opening. There are (4) elite brigades first one starting April 15 @ 8 a.m. and (2) work parties to get your 4 hrs in. So come on out and lend a helping hand where needed

We have Bucket Baby Tree Service coming out to go over the schedule to start trimming of the trees and also to top the (2) trees on the Robeson

Spoke with Waste Management regarding start up for the season. First pickup will be Monday 4/17. Our pick up days for the season are Mondays and Thursdays every week

Spoke with Jay’s Septic Service and requested startup of cleaning the Porta Potty. Cleani ng of Porta Potty will be done twice a month, as of now the dates to be cleaned are unknown. They will be getting back with me on that

As always if you see anything that needs some attention please bring it to my attention so we can give the issue some attention

We need to get the Septic System on the island scheduled to be pumped out. PC Blackburn would like it scheduled before the club opens and would like to see either May 22nd or 23 rd . If we could get those dates confirmed and passed on that would be great

Membership

All memberships are paid in full – except for one requesting membership status change, from Boating to Non-boating. Motion: Shelley Sweier to accept the member’s request for status change, with stipulation that 25% late fee must also be paid. Second: Christa Betts. Motion Carried (Roll Call vote)
