A discussion was held on giving a 15% discount to advertisers who have at least a 1/2 page ad, and advertise in both the Beacon and the roster. Motion: Moved by Brian Malik to approve the discount. Seconded by Ian Blackburn. Motion Carried.

Secretary – Randy Pagel Randy is updating the OD work schedule. The schedule will be out the first week in March. Supplies- Ian Blackburn Marie and Ian went to the POS training on Monday. They will be making a training manual for the members. Ian indicated that the system is easy to use and there are many more features that can be implemented at a later date. Transportation – Darryl Campbell Darryl stated that he will be working on the radios for the Fins. Fin #1 needs to have repairs to the steering. There will be a need for a lot of help with the Fins this spring. Fleet Captain - PC Rick Romatz There is not much to report. There will be a "Save the Date" article in the Beacon for the upcoming rendezvous'. I. OLD BUSINESS Topic # 1 Kim is still working on a survey to be sent to the membership. She handed out a draft of the questions that her and her committee came up with. She is seeking permission to email this survey to the membership. She would also like to have input or additions from the Board on the survey's contents. Motion: Moved by Kim Miedema to send out an email survey to the membership. Seconded by PC John Anderson. Motion Carried.

NEW BUSINESS

Topic #1 A request was received from Sand Point Yacht Club to have a rendezvous at NCYC on August 7-9. There will be approximately 15 boats. Motion: Moved by VC Chuck Stroh to approve the request. Seconded by Don Reiss. Motion Carried.
