E. Revised Policies

1) I NCOMING R ENDEZVOUS

Incoming Weekday Rendezvous Affiliation with approved reciprocating yachting associations, Member sponsorship, organized charity, community establishments, previous practices, and past behavior will be considered. Length of stay defined as Sunday noon (Monday on a Holiday Weekend) arrival and departure of all boats no later than Thursday noon of the same week. Dockage will be size appropriately assigned by Incoming Rendezvous Harbor Master and/or Weekday Manager beginning with the guest wells and be consistent with Member dockage priority policy. Affiliate club members should provide their membership card. Incoming Weekend Rendezvous Affiliation with approved reciprocating yachting associations, Member sponsorship, organized charity, community establishments, previous practices, and past behavior will be considered. Length of stay defined as Friday arrival and departure of all boats no later than Sunday 6pm of the same weekend. Weekend Rendezvous will only be allowed during NCYC outgoing Rendezvous weekends. NCYC will limit availability to a maximum of 20 wells for guest dockage for Weekend Rendezvous. Affiliate club members should provide their membership card. Clubhouse Policies for Incoming Rendezvous The NCYC Board of Directors will review requests for incoming rendezvous and determine to accept the request and whether to apply for a Special Liquor License. NCYC may apply for up to 12 Special Liquor Licenses per year. Additional Requests for Use of Premises by NCYC Member A NCYC member may request to have a member sponsored event for guests on NCYC premises. The member must make a written request to the Secretary of NCYC for approval at a NCYC Board Meeting. Members may purchase a gift card for his/her guests. The card is purchased by the member, and a log m ust be kept of the member’s name, membership number, purchase and its value. As the guest uses the funds, the funds are deducted from the value of the card.
