I want to take this opportunity again to thank my Flag Officers and Board of Directors. Special thanks to the people leaving the Board the end of this year: P/C Pat Carroll and his wife, Nancy, Scott Greenfelder and his wife, Nicole, TomMartin and his wife, Sue.
