Ron Draper Roster has gone to print and will be ready for opening day. Discussed having to redo format – made new roster pages, will look a little different. Some of the new formatted pages will get carried over to the Beacon, but not the website yet. Advertising revenue will end up same as last year. Thanked Glen Nixon for his efforts remaking the by-laws and policies. Thanked Debbie Siwek and Kim Miedema for their work in the membership section of roster and to Dale Hall for selling 3 new Glenn Nixon Did get the final work schedule in Beacon. Updated OD manual and will have 4 copies available throughout the club. OD and week mangers packages are done. Full manual will get emailed to all weekend and weekday mangers. Commodore Pagel asked about getting the manual to all members so they get an idea of how this works. Supplies – Dale Hall Room temperature 3 wine system is installed. POS system in, 3 tier entry all set. POS operator guide is updated; however, it’s too big to email. Orders coming for supplies. Mention Al and Linda Douglas for their helping getting supplies in. Debbie Siwek requested deliveries be limited during lady’s week. P/C Angers can assist.
