Put-In-Bay YC requested to come in on a Sunday 7/22/18 after 3:00 and be gone by noon on Friday 7/29 by noon. Motion to allow PIBYC’s visit made by Scott Greenfelder, seconded by Ron Draper, Motion Carried. Last year Incoming rendezvous’ brought in roughly 18K annual income to NCYC. Glen mentioned well rates are incorrect in OD manual and POS. Robison Seawall Financial Projection Update Will address at May GM to get approval. $32, 368 for 112; new steel wall. Can do entire seawall in 3 phasers by doing about 110 feet per year. Status of OD Manual/POS Manual for 2018 Already discussed Vinyl Siding update/Robison Tie-Back Repair Update Wi-Fi Upgrade Proposal (P/C Bill Hendricks & new member Mike Kelly) In an effort to provide faster and more secure internet to our members, P/C Bill Hendricks and new member Mile Kelly presented a proposal to the board and flag. Information was presented followed by a lot of questions and discussion. The proposal will provide NCYC faster internet speed, better internet access and greater security through a better firewall. Cost for this is $2447.35 for all hardware and cabling. Mike will provide the material at his cost and will provide the installation free of charge. The cost will be covered by an anonymous member. There will be a monthly support fee of $70 that the club will cover. Motion to go with this by V/C Blackburn, seconded by Ron Draper. Motion Carried . Willow Tree Maintenance Proposal Last year got quote of $4600 to trim all trees. This year we’ll spend $1500 to do 5 trees for $300 per tree from Top Tree Care. Motion to approve funding for this made P/C Carroll, second by Ron Draper. Motion Carried . Dick and Vicky Raymond Membership Status Vicky Raymond wants to get worker waver due to bad knees and go to non-boating. Motion to by Bill Calihan to wave work hours and go to non –boating, seconded V/C Blackburn. Motion Carried . Member of the Month None Good of the Order Dale Hall asked recommendation to get Brent Kahl becoming a member. Ron on club logo, new on being developed. NEW BUSINESS
