This time of year is normally very exciting with a new Flag and Board ready to go and set the direction for this amazing club.

I would like to congratulate Terry Steinmacher with his elevation to Rear Commodore, as well as to Shelly Shroka and John O’leary joining our already awesome board. On a sad note, we said goodbye to 2 wonderful human beings and extraordinary NCYC members with the passing of PC’s Bill Bauer and Paul Jarvis. Those two gentlemen poured their hearts and souls into this club and would not be what it is today without them. I will miss them for their knowledge, wisdom and encouraging spirit. Both lived great lives and left an amazing and lasting legacies. On behalf of the club, I would like to express my sincerest condolences to their families as they move through this time of grieving and onto the next chapters of their livers. When the Elite Brigade comes back to the NCYC this spring rest assured our team will be toasting these exemplary gentlemen for lives well lived. Vice Commodore Bill Burkhardt
