Good of the Order: Fan outs were discussed. The only time a fan out can be sent to the membership is for a NCYC event or an ABYA event. No fan outs will be allowed for any other fundraising or charity events. PC John Anderson will send a fan out for the ABYA Midland rendezvous. Kim Miedema wants to send a survey to the membership on their thoughts of why they became a member and other thoughts about the club. Commodore Brian said that we will look at the survey and report back next month. Frank Corcoran stated that he will be sending out the budget reports to the Directors within the next few weeks. Don Reiss suggested that a committee be formed to get all of the information needed to address the swimming pool situation. Discussion held. The Forward Planning Committee will look into this. Brian Malik wanted to remind everyone of the Annual Ski Weekend. We need as many people as possible. There are still openings. Adjournment MOTION: Moved by PC Hugh Vestal to adjourn the meeting. Seconded by Don Reiss Motion Carried.
