Fleet Captain – Leslie Leach Leslie advises that reservations are brisk for Milliken. He is glad people are finding a way to get their reservations in. Anyone having a problem please let him know. It is filling up fast. When he gets home he will gather more details and e mail the board for a fan out.

Ancient Mariners Project Motion moved by Brian Fringer and seconded by Dale Hall to approve the new NCYC sign that is provided by the ancient mariners. A diagram of the sign was passed out and it was noted that the project is fully funded. Motion Carried OD manual/ POS Manual for 2019 Manuals are in the works and will be provided. Dale Hall and R/C Glenn Nixon will conduct a training course for all OD’s on Memorial Day week end.

Incoming Rendezvous Discussion

A handout of the October 2018 GMM presentation regarding incoming rendezvous was provided and discussed.
