Dennis Pomeroy wants to come same weekend as previously committed Jefferson Beach Marina. This would be too many boats combined. Commodore Pagel recommended Dennis pick a different weekend. Tom Altobelli wanted to point out that JBM and SPYC will be 2 consecutive weeks of incoming rendezvous. Each club rendezvous was discussed and the board approved each one individually. Status of OD Manual/POS Manual for 2018 Dale stated the status of POS manual is still being worked on. Need to complete and send to weekday managers and OD’s in time for them to read up on it. Needs to be ready for opening weekend. Dale said it will be ready mid-April. P/C Blackburn clarified what we need is a digital copy of the manual to be sent to the appropriate people in an email. Glen will post on Website by 4/15.

ABYA Dues/Midland luncheon donation Board approved dues of $125 and $100 donation, motion by Bill Calihan, seconded by Tom Martin, Motion Carried
