- R/C Mark Javery received correspondence from Jeff Edgerly for his band to play for his workers and for all members to enjoy the evening of August 16 th . Jeff will pay for this band with approval from the Board. Motion: Philip Maniaci made the motion to approve of the request for a band to play on Saturday, 16 th , and Jeff Edgerly will take care of the cost. Second: P/C Rick Romatz. Motion Carried

Fleet Captain Report

Kim presented their report; REMINDER: Please call the Fleet Captain’s to cancel your reservations…Please do NOT cancel your reservations because we will lose the dock. St. Clair The St. Clair Art Fair is going on that weekend and many people leave that weekend and the Harbor will let us know if there will be any opening docks for people on the “Wait List”. (There are 15 people on that list currently). A Fan Out will go out, we still need sponsors for our Golf outing. Ford Yacht Club The Ford Yacht Club has a theme for that weekend “Beach weekend”. Their pool will be open and activities around that theme. (15 – 20 Docks) Sarina There will be a scavenger hunt to explore the city and utilize a shuttle service to the casino and downtown. The pool area will feature barbecues, chairs, and picnic tables. (55 – 60 Docks)
