Publications Melissa Winkler Melissa Winkler reported that over half of the membership is active within Clubster, the roster is complete, and the final pictures for the membership directory are being reviewed for Memorial Day weekend distribution. I will assist members with Clubster setup after Memorial Day weekend.

The final 2025 Weekend Work Schedule was fanned out to the membership on 4/30/2025. As a reminder, if members on your weekend cannot work their scheduled weekend, it is up to them to find another membership with equal required work hours to switch with. Once those two parties agree on the switch, they can notify me and the two impacted ODs via email. Regarding the OD manual, I am working through my comprehensive review of the document, and there are two new items that I plan to add to the manual. One is from PC Brian Fringer regarding which fin to use for trash hauling. The other is from Director Shelly Schroka regarding a job aid on how to use the new cleaning solution mixing system with steps and diagrams.

The Coke system is up and running. No more leaks. I have reviewed all the liquor prices online and most prices stayed the same or went down besides two or three that went up. I will change any tape colors that need to be changed. As for the food, that went up in price. I went through all the liquor purchases by month for all last season so I know what I should roughly need to get a good stock in the beginning. My goal is to not have to run to the store every week besides getting the perishable items like lemons and limes. I am going to change up some of the seltzers and beers that we carry. All of the beer will be delivered on Fridays this year. I've been in contact with all my vendors to confirm order dates and delivery dates this year. I've spoken with Mark Reynolds, our member, who will be trying to get us something together for the OD manual that John was talking about.
