Approval of Meeting Minutes

Motion: Bill Frederiksen to approve Minutes from previous Board Meeting. Second: John O’Leary . Motion Carried

Commodore’s Comments Commodore, Rick Romatz Welcome to the March 7, 2024, Board of Directors Meeting. Let me start by saying thank you all. This Board continues to show its commitment to teamwork to work together to get the job done. Most recently with the email issue and Club Express, Bill Frederiksen and Melissa Winkler working together with Club Express and their support techs to get the issues and it appears to me the problem seems to be getting corrected; the only thing I’m finding in my trash and spam files is my Fanouts. Another example is the nice job with the activity survey that went out to the membership. Thank you to all that worked with Philip, Bill F and the team. I participated in the survey and thought the questions would be very good and I heard the response was very good. Also, in Shelley’s absence to keep the wheels turning Christa, Mark, and RC Terry stepped up to get the new member interviews completed and ready for approval this evening. NCYC teamwork makes the dream work. Thank You to RC Terry Steinmacher and Kathy Fowler and all the members that participated in Pinball Sunday. It was a good turnout by the members. I hope we have as good of a turn out March 23 rd for the Casino & Pub Crawl Winter Day Trip. This is something that hasn’t been done at NCYC in q uite some time.

Thank You Commodore PC Rick Romatz
