1) Update on the Xmark mower. Myself and P/C Hall picked up the mower on 1/13 after receiving an extensive tune up and is now ready for the 2023 season. The mower is also being stored in P/ C Hall’s storage bldg. Thank you for that . 2) I have been in touch with Steve from Bucket Baby Tree Service regarding topping of additional trees on the island. Hopefully we will get started in the spring. 3) Hopefully by now the membership has seen the long to do list in the spring that we have to look forward to such as:

1-Robinson Seawall and new walkway

2-Installation of new pedestals

3-new garage and outside walk-in-cooler

Will keep everyone posted, definitely will need all hands on deck to accomplish all these projects before opening weekend.
