II. OLD BUSINESS

III. NEW BUSINESS

1. Insurance requirement – TIPS / MLCC training V/C Romatz reviewed compliance requirements. All NCYC Directors, Weekend ODs, and Weekday managers will be required to attend the TIPS training. Their training will satisfy the insurance requirements. 2. Insurance requirement – Security cameras CMDR Fringer reviewed mandatory insurance requirement for 2023 for installation of security cameras to be located outside NCYC Clubhouse. Cameras to be operational all year round. 3. Wait List and Guest Policy and Procedures Discussion regarding privileges, etc. for individuals on the NCYC Wait List, and policies regarding guests of Members. Policy Committee was instructed to draft / revise applicable policies for Board consideration. 4. Annual Membership Enrollment Discussion regarding timing of accepting new Members and capacity limitation. Policy Committee was instructed to draft applicable policy for Board consideration. 5. Capital Projects Update Completion of seawall project and related walkway to commence in Spring; walk-in cooler to be constructed in Spring. 6. Dues Increase – 2024 In view of the cost magnitude of several upcoming capital projects, a dues increase is being considered. The Board discussed and evaluated the method and amount of a dues increase to be presented later this year to the Membership.
