Members, no advanced reservations are accepted. Rooms can be issued after 5pm Fridays for the weekend. Manager’s apartment may only be used by the on-duty week day Manager or the Weekend O.D. from the start to finish of their shift. The current manager or OD has first right of refusal to occupy the manager’s apartment. No other use of the manager’s apartment will be allowed. MANAGERS APARTMENT: The An activity report shall be completed for each Club activity/event by the Club Member supervising/hosting the activity/event on the prescribedNCYC activity report sheet supplied by the activity chairperson. An activity report shall be completed and forwarded to the activity chairperson within 14 days after the activity/event date accompanied by all expense receipts and funds from the activity/event not already deposited.
