C. Promote and develop increased Club membership by hosting other affiliated clubs, attend ABYA, ILYA and other yachting association functions promoting NCYC and goodwill. D. Ensure the planning and budgeting for the future is carried out in accordance with the wishes of the members. E. Be visible and available to listen and address Member’s issues in a timely manner. Use a “Management by Wandering Around” approach seeking membership feedback and input. F. To sign or countersign checks with one of the following: Vice-Commodore, Treasurer. G. Demonstrates good working knowledge of the By-laws, policies, and the duties of all Directors, office holders and subcommittees.
