The club’s Membership Director as determined by the NCYC Board of Directors will bill any Member not working his / her scheduled weekend assigned hours or assigned task. The Membership Director is to send an e-mail notification to applicable members promptly following last work party. Established due date of October 31 for Work or Pay amounts owed. If amount due is not paid by November 30, Member privileges are suspended under existing Bylaw Article V, Section 2. Late charge penalty of 25% if paid after November 30. If full amount owed is not paid by December 31, Member is expelled under existing Bylaw Article V, Section 2. The NCYC Board of Directors reserves the right to consider special circumstances when determining members work or pay assessments.

IDENTIFICATION: Members must produce proof of membership when requested.

OPERATION HOURS: Memorial Day weekend through the first or second weekend in October (depending when Annual Election is held). Monday holidays revert to Sunday schedule and Sunday reverts to Saturday schedule.
