CORRESPONDENCE : Any correspondence containing the statement “To Be Read at the Next Board of Directors Meeting” will be sent by letter or email only to the Board of Directors or Flag Officers. Member signed correspondence pertaining to NCYC business must be read at the next regular board meeting. Correspondence will read by the Club Secretary. Correspondence should not be shared or discussed prior to the next regular Board meeting unless it is determined that it needs immediate attention. All correspondence will be kept in printed form by the Club Secretary. PROPERTY : No club equipment shall be borrowed, used, or removed without permission of the O.D. or Week Manager. PRIVATE PARTIES : The Board of Directors must approve usage of the club facilities for private parties. INCOMING RENDEZVOUS AND SPECIAL EVENTS: The Board of Directors must approve usage of the club facilities for all rendezvous, poker runs and other special events. Affiliation with approved reciprocating yachting associations, Member sponsorship, organized charity, community establishments, previous practices, and past behavior will be considered. Weekday Managers and Weekend O.D.s will be consulted, if at all possible, during the approval process, to accommodate these events.
