Member sponsorship, organized charity, community establishments, previous practices, and past behavior will be considered. NCYC will not allow for Poker Runs to start and/or finish at NCYC. SPECIAL EVENTS : On occasion NCYC may allow for day events on the property. Consideration to affiliation with approved reciprocating yachting associations, Member sponsorship, organized charity, community establishments, previous practices, and past behavior will be considered. EMPLOYEES & CONTRACTORS : Outside labor shall be under direct control of the club official in charge of that function or project. LIABILITY : The club shall not be responsible for any damage, real or personal, resulting from any action by members, pets, guests, officers, or employees. AUTHORITY : The Week Manager or Weekend Officer on Duty (O.D.) oversees the Island. Weekend Officers on Duty responsibility begins at 6:00 P.M. Friday and the Week Manager’s Responsibility begins at 6:00 P.M. Sunday unless a three-day holiday, under which weekend responsibilities will end and Week Manager responsibilities will begin at 12-noon on Monday. Members interested in positions of Week Manager or Weekend Officer on Duty (O.D.) should see NCYC Secretary for orientation training and scheduling.
