5. Removal of any boat trailer or cradles from the parking lot Keeping dock and immediate well area free of trash Trash must be bagged and placed in designated containers. Portable toilets may not be emptied in the canal, marina areas, or Porta John. The Fin Runner dock is to be used for loading and unloading only. Fires are strictly prohibited anywhere in the parking lot, including on the vessel or dock. Dock boxes are prohibited unless approved by the board. Parking in the mainland lot is on a first come first serve basis. There is no reserved parking. Please allow 4 feet between your vehicle and the seawall so lessees may access their wells. Please be courteous when parking vehicles to allow 4 feet between your vehicle and the mainland wells seawall so lessees may access their wells.
