NORTH CHANNEL YACHT CLUB RULES GENERAL CLUB POLICY MEMBERSHIP : Membership in the Club includes: Member, Junior Member and Member dependents under 21. Only members in good standing may use the club faciliƟes. MEMBERSHIP START DATE FOR NEW MEMBERS: The date to be recorded for the membership official start date will be the date that the NCYC Board and Flag vote the person in as a member. The membership date will not be related to money transacƟon dates. ANNUAL DUES PAYMENT: Dues must be paid by January 31. Annual dues amount paid aŌer February 1 are subject to a 25% late charge. NCYC By-Law ArƟcle V, SecƟon 2: As required under ArƟcle V, SecƟon 2, if the annual dues amount is not paid by March 1 (30 days), membership privileges are suspended. Further, if full amount owed (including late charge) is not paid by April 1 (60 days), it is the duty of the Board of Directors to expel such Member. MEMBERSHIP WORK REQUIREMENTS:
