PROPERTY : No club equipment shall be borrowed, used, or removed without permission of the O.D. or Week Manager. PRIVATE PARTIES : The Board of Directors must approve usage of the club faciliƟes for private parƟes. INCOMING RENDEZVOUS AND SPECIAL EVENTS: The Board of Directors must approve usage of the club faciliƟes for all rendezvous; poker runs and other special events. AffiliaƟon with approved reciprocaƟng yachƟng associaƟons, Member sponsorship, organized charity, community establishments, previous pracƟces, and past behavior will be considered. Weekday Managers and Weekend O.D.s will be consulted, if at all possible, during the approval process, to accommodate these events. INCOMING WEEKDAY RENDEZVOUS: AffiliaƟon with approved reciprocaƟng yachƟng associaƟons, Member sponsorship, organized charity, community establishments, previous pracƟces and past behavior will all be considered. Length of stay is defined as Sunday noon arrival and departure of all boats no later than Thursday noon of the same week.
