Supplies- Ian Blackburn Wine costs are back in line with last year’s costs The POS credit card and gift card problems have been resolved and we have recovered all the missing funds from credit card transactions. Correspondence Numerous members have approached me about allowing alcohol in the new sitting area on the east side of the clubhouse. After discussion the motion was made to allow alcohol in the new sitting area; Motion: Brent Malik Seconded: Randy Pagel Motion Carried A member sent a letter concerning a dog in the clubhouse during Ladies week. A motion was made to send a letter to the member reminding them of the ‘No Dog’ policy in the clubhouse rule. Motion: Pat Carroll Seconded: Scott Greenfelder Motion Carried A member sent a letter requesting clarification on the Ancient Mariners visiting and not being members of the NCYC. Commodore Chuck Stroh to review and provide clarity on the Ancient Mariners Bylaws.

• Plans are finalized for the Maumee Bay Rendezvous. o We had (4) boats cancel at the last minute. First Night dockage refunds were issues to all 4. Now a total of 8 boats and 18 people are confirmed o Bill and Lola Edens and Chuck and Pat Gallagher are the only BVYC members attending • Planning is under way for the final Rendezvous for this season o August 26-28 St. Clair Boat Harbor o Fanouts with details will start after we all recover from the Maumee Rendezvous o We are still in need of referrals for entertainment since JoeTown cancelled
