Blue Lagoon 30 ml vodka 30 ml Blue Curaçao 100 ml lemonade or soda water Ice Lemon slice or edible flower for garnish Shake the spirits with ice, top with lemonade, and serve in a tall glass. Pink Lady Spritz This spritz is light, botanical, and berry-kissed—perfect for a coastal afternoon or a reflective moment in your sanctuary garden. • 30 ml gin • 20 ml clear apple cordial or filtered apple juice • 10 ml raspberry liqueur (like Chambord or a strained raspberry syrup) • 10 ml fresh lime juice • 60–90 ml soda water (to taste) • Ice • Lemon twist or edible flower for garnish Method: 1. Chill your glass: A stemmed wine or spritz glass works beautifully. Fill with ice and let it sit while you prep. 2. Build the base: In a shaker, combine gin, apple cordial, raspberry liqueur, and lime juice. Add ice and shake gently— just enough to chill without clouding. 3. Strain: Discard the ice from your glass and strain the mixture in to keep it crisp and clear. 4. Top with soda: Pour gently to preserve the bubbles and maintain translucency. 5. Garnish: Add a lemon twist or float an edible flower for a touch of sanctuary charm.
