C entral Coast Mobile Automotive Repairs has a long history of repairing and servicing vehicles on the Central Coast. Not only comfortable working with modern cars, I also have experience and a passion for working with high performance engines and classic, luxury and muscle cars. I am passionate about the work I do and treat your car as if it was my own. I specialise in a diverse range of unique and performance vehicles including American, British, and European models to name a few. I have years of experience in preventative maintenance for these types of vehicles, including servicing and diagnosing any potential issues before they arise. This is a good method for ensuring the longevity and condition of your vehicle, whether it's in regular use or brought out occasionally as a showpiece. I am also skilled in servicing and repairs of high-performance engines. This process ensures your engine components are well-maintained and, in cases where your vehicle isn't driven regularly, don't become damaged from lack of use. I am a Member of the Motor Trades Association (MTA) and additionally, hold a Mobile Repairer's Licence (No. 37569), meaning I am fully qualified to come to you for repairs and servicing. My aim as a mobile service is to make it easy for any car owner to have these services done in the comfort of their home or business to ensure their vehicle is in good condition, and safe to operate on the road. If I do happen to find a particular issue with your vehicle, I will endeavour to order in specific parts that aren't being made any more or are otherwise equally hard to find. As well as servicing and maintaining your vehicle I can carry out pre purchase inspections on vehicles you may be interested in buying. My years of experience mean that I know exactly what additional aspects of performance vehicles to inspect. Simple and Tasty Chicken Punjabi Curry Method:

Ingredients: • 4-6 Chicken thighs whole • 2 tablespoons oil or gee • 1 teaspoon cumin seeds • 4 Cloves minced garlic • 1-2 onions finely chopped • 2 tablespoons grated ginger • 1 small tomato, chopped • 1 tablespoon tomato paste • 1 tablespoon garam masala • 1 tablespoon tumeric • 1-2 green chillies, chopped • 1 cup water

1. Heat oil on medium heat and add cumin seeds, once change colour add the onion and saute 5 mins. 2. Add ginger and garlic cook another 5 mins or until onions brown. 3. Add tomato paste, chillies, tomato, tumeric, garam masala and stir to mix then add water. 4. Bring to boil then simmer 5 mins. (Gravy should be thick not watery) 5. Add chicken, mix well and cook on low heat 40 mins or until tender.
