Community Overview Oakden Rise is set to become a benchmark inner suburban residential community with a unique sense of place, just 9 kilometres from the centre of Adelaide. The Oakden Rise Development provides for approximately 1500 dwellings with a mix ranging from built-form terraces, vacant land allotments and potential for higher density apartment dwellings in the Village Centre.
