Presentation Villawood Display Villages are more than just a collection of beautiful homes, they are destinations in themselves. Display Villages are presented to a high level, with clean streets, easy access, clear signage and strong branding for both Villawood and our partner builders. Marketing and Activations Villawood offers builder partners the benefits of our marketing expertise. Substantial spend is allocated to each community, with a year-round campaign of major events and communications across a variety of media to attract potential purchasers. Activation We are committed to frequent events to promote Display Villages and bring families to explore builder homes. High visitor numbers, especially during launch events, and positive visitor feedback have proven the success of this approach. Price growth in communities with Display Villages has also been considerable.

New Online Experience Villawood will deliver a new online Display Village experience for each Display Village, including dedicated support for each of our builders. This initiative will feature on Villawood websites and wider platforms. Details will be released shortly. Strategically-Timed Launches Display Village launches are frequently programmed to occur shortly after the opening of Residents’ Clubs in the community. This capitalises on the momentum generated by the club opening and increases the level of interest and visitation, leading to greater commercial opportunity. Access to Qualified Purchasers Builder partners in Display Villages benefit from invaluable market intelligence, with access to Villawood’s significant databases of purchasers and potential purchasers. This includes our ‘gold tier’ database of purchasers who have bought land but not yet chosen a builder. This represents a sizeable opportunity for builder partners to increase their sales.

Builder Direct Exclusive Program Builder Direct Exclusive is an extension of the Builder Direct program and supports builders in a time of pressure on supply channels and economic factors. Builders with a presence in select Villawood Display Villages across Melbourne and Geelong are entitled to exclusive holds on nominated lots for a six-week period, from their chosen date. Promoting Sustainability New sustainability standards under the National Construction Code will provide Display Village participants the opportunity to offer homes with bill-busting, healthy and environmentally-sensitive designs. These will be enhanced by Villawood’s strong sustainability record. The Villawood Standard Villawood communities reflect a commitment to quality and liveability that sets us apart from other developers. This includes high-level playgrounds and parks, multi-million-dollar Residents’ Clubs, buzzy cafés and grand public art. Builder Direct Villawood’s Builder Direct lets builder reps in Villawood projects take live online deposits on land exclusively held for them. With the client by their side, builders can process deposits online, with the lot immediately reserved. Builder Expos Villawood will stage builder expos to further highlight the depth and breadth of its Display Village participants’ designs and craftsmanship. These will complement regular briefings to update builders on market conditions and project progress.
