Phase III: Presentation to Potential Referral Sources Employment of Presentation: In this phase, the marketing agency will have carefully set the stage to effortlessly present to any potential referral source Phase IV: Advertising Collateral Development Using the strategy developed in Phase I, we will develop collateral that will be distributed to various relevant outlets. This will help maximize our exposure in the marketplace. This includes: • An oversized brochure for doctors, practitioners, and individuals who work with aging individuals on a mass level; this will be targeted at potential referral sources • A mini brochure that can be placed/mailed to spread the word to the market at large • Billboard Series: We develop a series of billboards with one message through three different designs • Ad Series: Like the billboards, plan to develop three ads in series that will promote the same message, but utilize three different designs. See phase V-A for placement of advertising collateral. Phase V: Media Placement/Collateral Distribution We plan to work with a media buying company that has strong connections in the Denver/Boulder area to ensure that Mother’s Touch has maximum exposure. See Phase V-A for more details. Phase V-A: Advertising Collateral Placement: Pre-Launch The pre-launch begins 2 months before the hospices doors are ready to open. This stage would cover lower-level ramp-up activity in newspapers, print, online and potentially any aging-specific opportunities that might exist (i.e. - aging resource guides, 55+ publications, doctor offices, etc.)
Phase VI: Grand Opening/Grand Opening Advertising Campaign At the grand opening, we plan to launch new billboards and make a web splash page to announce the opening. This new set of
