W e’re thrilled to announce the upcoming launch of our brand-new Kennards Self Storage facility in Meadowbrook, Queens- land! This modern centre is designed to meet the growing storage needs of both personal and business customers in the Logan City region. Set in between our Browns Plains and Yarrabilba locations, conveniently located near the Pacific Motorway, with easy access from Springwood and Logan Central and opposite Logan Hospital. Stage one will open Summer 2025/26 with 500 units, eventually ending with four separate buildings. Starting with approxi- mately 4,500 sqm. Providing spaces of all sizes to accommo- date the areas busy business centre. Also incorporated with the first stage will be exploring a car parking option to capture

the parking for the hospital overflow, giving people an option to sign up and hire a car parking space month to month. We will also have a solution for outdoor boat and van storage, which is a popular pastime on the Logan River. Recruitment will be advertised in the upcoming months; we will be starting with a full-time Manager and a part time Assistant to service our valued customers.
