K ennards Self Storage Coorparoo is located 6km from the sunny Brisbane CBD and our infamous South Bank promenade. Kennards Coorparoo is surrounded by beautiful gum trees and Norman Park Creek. We are located on the corner of Deshon Street and Turbo Drive and have two delicious Cafes a stone’s throw away. We have a beautiful outlook to the trees, the Creek and an expansive car park. The office has a large glass window with all-day sunshine. Kennards Coorparoo started construc- tion early 2018 and opened in 2019, with a total of 975 units - soon to be an extra 230 or so. This is part of our project expansion that is happening now on Level 3 of our centre, to be completed this month.

We are also home to many National Accounts who have been storing with us since the centre opened in 2019. We are currently sitting at 94.4% occupancy. For the last few months, we have been anywhere between 92% and 93%. The team here at Coorparoo consists of Centre Manager, Shaun Young and Assistant Manager, Gareth Stewart. We are all about the customer and customer excellence, offering non-stop cheerfulness and first-class end-to- end customer experiences with every customer interaction. This is apparent by the glowing Google Reviews our amazing customers leave for us.

Here at Coorparoo, we have units of all shapes and sizes to accommodate different customer demographics in our local community. One thing to know about Kennards Coorparoo is we have six major businesses operating out of our centre Monday to Friday. These businesses range from shoes to golfing equipment, Berocca to fragrances to medical goods, computer storage and so much more. We are currently sitting at 94.4% occupancy.
