Mystery Shoppers and Measuring Sales In addition to financial performance analysis we arrange to monitor customer service and sales performance. As a result we engage ‘Mystery Shoppers’ to shop our people, score and provide feedback. Our Mystery Shopping Program has been expanded to include a customer walk in and online customer query recognising that every enquiry is vital regardless of the method of ap- proach. Even further this involves multiple touch points and means of communication in the follow up phase. This has been critical in making Kennards Self Storage one of the leading sale performers in the industry. Our Mystery Shoppers measurement is completed several times a year and includes a CARE rating on connection built with the customer.
