T he final piece of our three hectare land parcel at Penrith will soon be developed into a take-away food centre. restaurant buildings with drive-thru’s. KSS will construct and retain ownership of the land and buildings, earning rental income from the food operators. Additional food and retail space is also available for Lease alongside those well-known brands. When fully occupied there will be six or seven individual food and retail tenants next to our Penrith storage centre. We have secured Oporto, Starbucks and Zambrero to Lease three take-away

The scheme should be completed in early 2018.

He also gave me very valuable advice on how best to move and store our household goods. I had used another local storage facility in the Wollongong area previously and they were a bunch of "Cowboys" compared to the professionalism and friendly welcoming service displayed by Matthew. I was so impressed by the cleanliness of the unit and of the overall facility. A very pleasurable experience.”
