EXPANSIONS AND NEW CENTRES

Penrith NSW : The Fast Food development continues to grow.

Coorparoo QLD : Concrete floors have been poured and the roof is also complete. External wall cladding is underway along with the ground and first floor storage panelling.

Pymble NSW : Work is proceeding well to infill difficult access areas and turn them into usable storage spaces .

Bankstown NSW : This project is nearing completion, due to finish in late April.

Springvale VIC : Concrete piering has commenced with the ground floor slab about to be poured.

Ultimo 1 NSW : Work is underway to give Ultimo 1 a much needed facelift. An external re-paint and repairs to the windows will bring new life to this stately old building, located just outside the CBD of Sydney. The building is considered to be over 100 years old and was originally built as a wool store.

Thomastown VIC : First round of ground floor slabs have been poured along with the storage fit out to the existing building.
