It consisted of one completed two storey building and a second with only the ground floor completed, much to Michael and Sam Noyes excitement, there is room for 2 more!!

History KSS Belmont was originally a Kennards Hire site and the self-storage units were added to the property in 1982. They were all ground level and the majority drive up units. A two storey addition was completed in 2006 to give a total of 550 units and 6000 square metres. The integration went surprisingly smoothly, with a bit of orange and blue paint and a couple of fences knocked over you’d never know it wasn’t always ours.
