SOUTHPORT QLD, A GREAT PLACE TO INVEST

Southport is a suburb in the Gold Coast Region of Queensland, with many locals referring to Southport as the CBD of the Gold Coast. Southport has a population of 31,907 people and 46.12% of its occupants live in rental accommodation. The median listing price for houses is $620,000 and this has changed 0.16% over the past year and 3.50% over two years.
