Castle Hill NSW - Centre near completion Total Construction have almost completed the project. The site is really shaping up to be a flagship to the KSS brand. Adelaide Airport SA - Project complete Hutchison Builders completed the project in late September. Early October saw the grand opening. Warrawong NSW - Industrial Strata Units Total Construction have completed the project. Sales of the units are steady and now they are completed we hope to stir the local interest. Bankstown NSW - Bankstown expansion begins Total Construction have won this contract and the first task was the removal of the famous bus. Having not moved for almost 20 years it was a full day pushing and grunting and finally a heavy tow. It’s now 7,000 beer cans. Wairau Valley NZ - Tenders received Tenders are in and interviews have commenced with a builder. Ultimo NSW - November start The tenders are in and we have extended the contract to include some paint touch ups to Chatswood, Wentworthville and Brookvale. We are aiming to start in November. Coorparoo QLD - Earthworks and foundations underway Hutchison Builders have commenced on site. Earthworks and foundations are working to program.
