2018+ JEEP® JL CORE44 AXLE HOUSINGS

DRIVETRAIN AND AXLES – JEEP

G2 Axle and Gear is proud to announce new applications for CORE 44 axle housings. Designed as a bolt-in replacement for the JL Sport/Sahara Dana 30,35, and 44 AdvanTEK axles. American-made CORE 44 housings accept the tried and true standard Dana 44 differentials, and ring and pinion sets. Our housings feature the unique G-Lock adjuster nut system that prevents the need to shim the differential during set up, saving time and frustration. CORE 44 axle housings have additional ribbing on the cast center section and 3" diameter, 5/16" wall DOM axle tubes with forged inner C-ends to support up to 40” tall tires. All brackets are designed around stock mounting points and are laser cut and CNC formed from steel up to 3/8" thick for added strength.
