PLACE THE CAP ON THE EQUIPMENT’S TEST DEVICE

> Check the correct operation and calibration of the safety valve. To do this, screw the cap onto the adapter provided for that purpose, and turn valve A to position 2. The valve must operate. This step can be done at any moment during the cooling circuit bleeding or filling procedure.

Test all the caps of the vehicle fleet using kit 913-11K.

IV. Vacuum test of the sealing circuit

CHECK CIRCUIT SEALING

> Once the cooling circuit has been drained, allow the pressure to stabilise between -0.75 bar and -0.8 bar, then place valve A in position 4 and lever B in “TEST CIRCUIT” position (see quick reference manual).

> Check the pressure does not rise over a period of 30 seconds.
