Have you noted any reduction in your consumption? Thanks to stock control and security (Statistics) saving of x €. It’s still too early to note a reduction in our consumption of PPE over the year, but over the last few weeks I’ve noted a drop of 20 to 25% in our consumption. After three months in use, I’ve seen a reduction in our withdrawals from our stocks, the operators have adopted a more responsible attitude by cutting their over-consumption of certain products, such as gloves. The machine has really improved safety and PPE protection and our industrial supplies.

Concerning support, how did the follow-up of this project go with our 4.0 sales technicians? Did you feel you were being listened to, advised, etc.? At the level of the hotline, are they responsive and attentive to your needs if you are confronted with bugs or have any questions? I exchange with SAM Outillage by email and phone. The customer service dept. and the hotline are highly responsive and available . That’s a real plus. Before, everything was much more complicated, sometimes I spent several days without getting any news. I didn’t have a service or a supplier contact of the quality proposed by SAM. It gives a great degree of flexibility and makes it possible to make the equipment available on an everyday basis, this allows me to manage the processes remotely without any hassles. Are you thinking of acquiring other smart storage systems? That’s something we’ll have to look at, we have a need for abrasives in particular, which we use a lot in our department. It would be much easier if we could manage them in a machine. We hope we’ll be able to get another machine soon. Would you recommend our range to other companies? Yes, 100%. We’re very satisfied with the machine.
